Chance me?

I am currently a high school senior, but I decided at the end of the last school year to graduate early by completing high school in three years and becoming a part of the class 2010. I will be completing high school at 16, but will be 17 by the day of graduation. I am currently taking the following classes: American Literature Honors, AP English Lit & Comp, (my school recommended not taking 2 AP English classes), AP Chemistry, AP Physics B, AP U.S. History, and Calculus Honors. I have have a 4.8 weighted GPA, a 4.0 unweighted GPA, and am a valedictorian candidate. Almost every class I have taken has been AP or Honors. I retook the SAT in January and got a 700 in Critical Reading, 670 in Math, and a 660 in Writing with an overall score of 2030. I applied to the following schools:

USC (my brother is currently a freshman there)
USD
Pepperdine
Vanderbilt
Columbia University
University of Washington in St. Louis
Duke University
Stanford

I am also Hispanic if that has any impact on the possibility of me being admitted. I am planning on majoring in biomedical engineering and applied to the engineering school of every university above except those who do not have such schools (USD and Pepperdine).

Any responses would be appreciated!

Pepperdine & USD should be solid match/safety for you.

Somewhat of a reach for all others, especially Stanford, Columbia & Duke. Raise your SAT scores to 2200+, and definitely improve your math score because you’re applying to engineering schools.

You should also look at JHU. Its BME program is one of the best in the world.

I am considering Pepperdine and USD was more of a safety. Thank you for your advice! Unfortunately I will not be able to retake the SAT and have it submitted in time for application consideration. I’ll just have to cross my fingers!
