Chance Me

I have a good GPA which is about 3.87 and i'm rank 44 in a class of 499.
But... I got a 25 on my ACT and even worse SAT score of 1390.(i only have taken the SAT once and i going to take it again as soon as possible)
I have few but time consuming ECs- being in the Spanish honors society, band, and volunteering at both my local hospital and animal shelter.
I just want to know if i have any chance at all to go to a good college.Im black.
I would be the first person in over thirty years go to college since my grandpa.
