recommendations:
3 letters: 1) mandatory counselor letter is my leadership advisor of 3 years who wrote me a great one as she told me 2) teacher rec from French 4 Honors teacher in classes I worked super hard and got As in for the first time in French so she likes me 3) Internship boss who I don’t know that well

SIGH that’s it. thanks so much for reading! honesty is appreciated, very much so. :)

sramesh…I can’t say I’m experienced at chancing people since we’re new to the CC forums ourselves, but I think you stand a good chance at being accepted. You’ve got a solid GPA and great EC’s from what I see listed. I don’t believe U of M superscores any of the standardized tests (although I could be wrong), so the 28 composite might be the one “iffy” part of your app but I don’t think it will keep you out. I wouldn’t hope for an awful lot of financial aid though as U of M is notoriously stingy from what I’ve heard and read…especially for OOS students. Good Luck!!
