UT Austin student body is less than 10% OOS/International. Getting into any of the UT schools OOS is pretty challenging. Your school grades/SAT are in the ballpark of their student body but I’d still call it a crap shoot.
The bigger issue is going to be cost. Most State schools do not commit to meeting financial need. With your $15-$20K budget, even if there’s an acceptance to UT, it’s likely to be unaffordable. That statement is likely to hold true at Indiana, A&M & Penn State as well.
As a prospective Finance major I’m curious what’s attracting you to these specific schools? You might do better at any number of private schools. While the pre-aid tuition cost might be much higher, there will be many scholarships available to someone with your grades - likely getting the net cost down well be low some of the State options.
