Extracurriculars – 4 year soccer starter and team captain, NHS, Best Buddies, 120+ hours of Community Service, Part time job last 3 years.

Colleges applied to EA:
Safety –Business - Costal Carolina, Delaware

Match –all business expect PSU - JMU, Ohio State, Penn State (Undecided), U of SC, NC State, VA Tech

Reach –Sociology/Undecided - Clemson, Maryland

If you want to study business, then apply to schools for business - not sociology.

You have admits there so you’ll be fine.

I agree, if your kid wants to try out a business school, I would start there. Usually it is easier to then transfer out to their Arts & Sciences school, or whatever they call the division in which Sociology and such would be located, if the kid ends up not liking the Business school.

And I think the list of business schools looks good, but I wonder if you have thought at all about private colleges. OK if that is not appealing, but they can sometimes be interesting options, particularly if they offer merit (and maybe need, although you seem to be applying you would not qualify).
