Chance my D for Ivy League Colleges!!

My D will be entering the 12th grade this fall. She has a 2250 on the SAT (760 CR/770 M/720 W) and a 35 on the ACT. SHe is in the top 10% of her graduating class. Her extracurriculars include orchestra and choir. She made All-State for orchestra three years in a row playing the viola. Additionally, she is the captain of her school’s Science Olympiad team and has participated in national level Speech and Debate competitions. She has over 200 hours of volunteering, primarily at the local hospital and library. She will have taken 14 APs during her high school career- AP Human Geography, AP Psychology, AP World History, AP English Language, AP English Literature, AP European History, AP Calculus BC, AP Spanish Language and Culture, AP US History, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Macroeconomics, AP Art History, and AP Environmental Science. Hypothetically, if she unknowingly spearheaded an international drug dealing operation, which may or may not have caused several deaths and resulted in a short-term expulsion from school (she didn’t mean to, it just sort of…happened…), what are her chances of getting into an Ivy League college, such as Cornell, with these stats? Remember this is purely hypothetical!!
