UC GPA? https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
Posted capped weighted and Fully weighted UC GPA.

Tufts looks like a reach with the ACT but a low reach with those SAT II scores. Are they test optional?

UC Capped is 4.23
UC UW 3.97
UC fully weighted is 4.52

Your D looks like a competitive applicant for all the UC’s and USC. I agree that her ACT composite score is a bit low but her SAT subject tests makeup for that score. UC’s are very GPA focused so her solid GPA will definitely help along with her course rigor.

Since UC’s can be very unpredictable especially UCLA/UCB, she will have several good options in the Spring.
