<p>Maybe…if the school is that sucky.If she was coming from an average academic school I would have told you to stop being so ridiculous in asking if a valedictorian can get into Rutgers.But if her class size is super small and she only has a 1200 SAT…that maybe marginal</p>
<p>If your friend is a NJ resident, he or she has a shot. Out-of-state, your friend might get in, but financial aid will be a problem.</p>
<p>that SAT is out of 1600 right?</p>
