You have great stats but so do 80% of the applicants to Stanford. Also, many of the students that Stanford accept have some sort of hook such as being a great athlete.

As such, I think that @Muad_dib is probably either about right or even slightly optimistic. Your chances are probably not much different than the overall percent of applicants that Stanford accepts, or slightly less than 5%.

However, you do have great stats. You should be able to get into many very good universities with these stats, and it appears likely that you are prepared to do very well at whatever university you attend (assuming that you understand that university will be harder than high school, and you will need to continue the same great effort that you have already displayed).
