Do RD like me.

You sound like a great candidate; be sure in your application to play up your interests, what you like about them, and what you have learned/what values you have acquired. I say this to everyone who asks about their chances… don’t just describe what you did (“I worked many hours each week writing articles for the newspaper and researching topics”) but rather talk about what strikes your fancy (“I enjoy writing for the newspaper because I feel that it is extremely important for people to be well-informed, and I am excited about investigating what goes on in my school and providing that information to my fellow students”).

I’m not sure on this… but if you’re applying this year and you haven’t taken SAT yet, you might have to do regular decision.

hey thanks for the great advice!

and no, im looking to apply for 2008. right now im just trying to get a good general college feel

I think you have decent stats, but beware, psat can vary a lot from sat, my sat was 150 greater than my psat.

how many years were you actually in the xc team or ski club?
I’m doing my application right now, I also have the same experience.
ANYONE know if I can list the activities/team sport on the application as chrisw did above?

oh thank g-d I’m not competing with you (im '007)

yes, great chance, IMHO
