Knowing whether money factors into things is important to know. Generally speaking, the more selective the US college is and the larger the endowment per student, the better the odds an international student will be awarded financial aid. You are a very strong student and a viable candidate for at least some top colleges. Some good computer science colleges: Carnegie Mellon, University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. Some good finance/babson colleges: University of Pennsylvania, Claremont McKenna, Babson and a number of flagship public universities

Money is not so important if the university is good, what do you think my chances are for UPenn? Given that I would probably apply to CAS with undecided - Natural Science major.

thanks
