Chance please

Is this looking average (above average, or pretty darn good–90% or better) in the Tebow/nationalchampsx4/budget-restricted admissions era? The ACT 30 translates to a 1340 SAT. A junior looking to apply summer B (this summer), there doesn’t seem to be much more to do other than raise the ACT a point, maybe 2, and write a killer essay. Thoughts appreciated.

Lol

he’s still a lock.

Lol I didn’t mean that as a slight to you, jdjaguar. I meant it more as a contrast to the mandatory “not a lock” message in all the chance responses. (Didn’t want you to think I was poking fun at you)
