a bunch of other random volunteers (around 50 hours?)

Note:
I have U.S. citizenship because I was born here, but I have only lived here for like 3 years(sophomore of high school). I can apply as an international because my parents live aboard. Which way should I go?

Colleges:

Boston University
Princeton
Brown
Cornell
UCB, UCLA, UCI, UCSD, UCSB, UCD
CMU
U of Michigan
U of Washington, Seattle
U of Texas
Georgia Tech
USC
Cal Poly, San Luis

Boston University - Match
Princeton - Huge reach
Brown - big Reach
Cornell - big Reach
UCB - big Reach
UCLA - Reach
UCI - match
UCSD - high match
UCSB - match
UCD - match
CMU - reach
U of Michigan - reach
U of Washington, Seattle - can't say
U of Texas - can't say
Georgia Tech - match... sort of
USC - reach
Cal Poly, San Luis - can't say

International pool is really competitive...

I didn't make it clear that I go to a school in California and I am considered a Californian with US citizenship.

So basicly I spent my high school years in California.

So I can apply as a US citizen if I want to.

So... should apply as international or US citizen?

There is no logical reason to apply international if you can apply as a US resident.

Bump for more chances : D

you should definitely apply as a us citizen for sure. there's more advantages to it. For most schools, if you're an international, 1)they'll probably not be need-blind 2)you'll have a hard time getting financial aid ....unless money isn't a problem for you of course.

I think you have a really good chance at getting into UW. Suggestion: work a little bit on your amount of service hours because your competitors at all of these colleges will probably have tons.

Make sure you spend time on your ECs and write some really personal essays :-) Chance me? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/816473-chance-aa-female-elite-schools-updated-stats.html <--Include Yale also!
