<p>you should definitely apply as a us citizen for sure. there's more advantages to it. For most schools, if you're an international, 1)they'll probably not be need-blind 2)you'll have a hard time getting financial aid ....unless money isn't a problem for you of course.</p>

<p>I think you have a really good chance at getting into UW. Suggestion: work a little bit on your amount of service hours because your competitors at all of these colleges will probably have tons.</p>
