If you’re considering Northwestern a Super Reach, then you certainly have to consider Middlebury and Williams Super Reaches. Especially when you take into consideration that you’re a white female from the Northeast, it will be even more difficult to get into those schools. Not to discourage you though. Your grades and scores are on the low side for those schools, but you’ll never know unless you apply. Good luck!

I know Northwestern is totally competitive and has higher scores than Midd; hence, I said super reach. Midd and Williams are definitely reaches, too.

So would this make sense?

Barnard: match
Kenyon: match
Syracuse: safety
SUNY Binghamton: safety
SUNY Purchase: safety

Any other ideas out there? bumpbump

What is your intended major? Two safety schools are enough, syracuse and one SUNY school for example.

I’d like to be a double-major in history and theater, my two loves. I’ll pick Binghamton, most likely, because I know some very happy history and theater majors there. Syracuse will be my other.

What should I do in regards to match schools, though? Anything else I should look at? Would Barnard and Kenyon even BE matches?

But Northwestern accepts 10% more applicants than Midd does. This means that people are self selecting Midd.
