Looking great! Only thing I would like to mention is that from what I’m aware of, most campus’s CSFs don’t do anything - it’s more like a if-you-have-the-grades-you-pay-and-get-in-and-do-nothing sort of thing, so it might be kind of awkward if your interviewer asks what you did as CSF president and you’re left wondering what you really DID do as CSF president.

ya, for past 5 yrs we havent done anything.
However, this yr I wrote the club constititution. I arranged the first event this club has seen in like 5 yrs, and I plan setting quotas beyond the gpa ( aka volunteer hours).
My counselor really likes that I’ma actually doing something with the club.
thanks for your reply though!

Woot! Sounds like a great plan (: Our club advisor has always maintained that members would only be recognized as such if they complete a 2-hours per semester quota of community service; 4 semesters of such membership would result in a special tassel at the graduation ceremony. As VP of our school’s CSF, I have to (with the president, sec, and treas) scout out volunteer opportunities to have an abundance of activities for our members to be able to fill the quota.

Good luck with your apps! Cross your fingers for me too… I’d looking forward to apply to Yale next year! (I’m a junior right now)

Looks very good to me… your scores are great and you have some great EC’s. But looking at your name, is Stanford your first choice?
