<p>I’d say that you have a decent shot given your information. Definitely bring out the ESPN dancing thing. That would be a pretty big hook, since very few other people have that to offer. </p>
<p>Have you considered taking SAT/SAT IIs? (not that your ACT isn’t good…but it doesn’t make you stand out, while say getting a high score on a history SAT II might).</p>
<p>you should apply for the engage scholars program. They give out a lot of full tuition scholarships to excellent students with a great deal of focus for community service projects.</p>
<p>I believe you are referring to the Ingram Scholars Program. The Engage is for early acceptance into graduate/professional school, and I don’t believe it has any money associated with it.</p>
<p>Ingram is what I was referring to. Thank you doremom. But yes, as of this past year, all Ingram scholars receive a full tuition scholarship and all previous recipients could apply to receive a half-tutiton scholarship. That, at least, I am sure is truth.</p>
