I have no idea what goes on in the minds of Harvard adcoms.

I’m being overly optimistic, I know, but…

International experience; sort-of legacy (my sister’s about to graduate from Harvard Med); admitted to Yale SCEA, so hoping that indicates higher-than-average odds here.

I’d be momentarily disappointed, but definitely no tears, because, well… Yale. Right now, I could get rejected from every other college in the world and still walk around beaming.

Lol, don’t tell a Harvard adofficer that!:D

According to my calculations… I have a 4.18492053849205% chance.

Because the college admissions gods told me.

Alright interview, somewhat unique EC’s, no. 1 in class (nonetheless, bad scores, unfavorable ethnic status, no national awards, no research, what have you)

I’ll be slightly disappointed. Regardless, I’m already past the notion of getting in–already in state honors business program that has excellent instruction/career services.

10%

Good scores (won’t make or break me), 4.0 Unweighted (Val), extremely focused on a few significant extracurriculars, etc. I did everything I could to get in, but it’s a crapshoot for the most part.

Oh yes.
