chance

I’ve started to apply to Carleton EA II this year, and I would just like to know if I really do have a chance.
I’m female, half Korean, half Caucasian. For my first two years in high school I attended a prestigious private international school in Japan. Now, I attend a DoDDS school in Japan due to a change in my father’s job.
During Freshman and Sophomore year, I basically took required classes, although during 10th grade I doubled up on sciences taking both chemistry and biology. At that time, my gpa was a 3.7, unweighted as there weren’t any honor classes that I could take then.
When I moved to my new school Junior year, I did not do so well. I took challenging classes: AP US, AP Bio, and AP English Comp. On the exams, I got a 3 in AP US, and 4s in Bio and English. However, one HUGE downer is that I failed AP Bio during the second semester. Yes, I got an F. To tell you the truth, I have no idea how much that affects me for admission to any college. It is so extreme compared to my other decent grades I do not know what the admissions officers will think. Overall gpa for that year was a 3.6 (weighted).
This year, as a senior, I am taking AP English Language, AP Calculus AB, and AP Government. Other academic classes are Marine Biology and Japanese 4.
Due to the move, a lot of my ECs are messed up. The only thing I have for all four years are soccer (captain for two years) and some religious-affliated volunteer activities. For my first two years I played field hockey, was a member of habitat for humanity, school spirit clubs, and student government. The last two years, I’ve been involved in Yearbook, Newspaper, Brain Bowl, and Prom Committee.
Do I even have a chance??
