USC doesn’t offer an undergrad major in Real Estate Development unless you mean Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. So are you looking at applying to Marshall (business school) or PMPL? And could you split um your SAT’s? Not sure if writing is counted at USC.

But generally, your UW GPA is definitely good enough, though your W GPA would indicate that you haven’t necessarily been taking the most challenging course load, though that could be because of what your school offers. If you’ve taken the most difficult classes offered, then you should be ok GPA wise. Your test scores (mainly looking at ACT as it’s higher than your SAT’s) are definitely good too. EC’s/awards seem pretty good, though nothing spectacular.

Overall, you have a very good shot at getting in, but the best advice would be to excel during your first semester to show USC that you can handle a difficult course load.

You have great leadership experience which will look good for Marshall if that’s the school you want.

(Sorry- I have to do this- for being an editor, you should know to spell check- you can even use Google if your browser doesn’t do it automatically on words like Caucasian, development, and satellite. Yeah, this is only a forum but most here try to clean up their posts in good practice for a clean application.)
