Chancellor’s Scholarship to end after 2027-2028 admissions cycle
The change will not affect current Chancellor’s scholars, who were made aware of the cancellation through the program’s website.
The Chancellor’s Scholarship, one of Vanderbilt’s three signature merit scholarships, will no longer be offered after the 2027-2028 admissions cycle. The scholarship recognized students who demonstrated leadership and a commitment to collaboration across differing backgrounds in their high school years. Like the Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholarship, it provides full tuition and a stipend for a summer immersion experience.
