Give me some good reaches, matches, and safeties based on all this info. I would also really appreciate it if someone could drop some advised clubs, scholarships, awards, or things of the sort I should apply to, to make me stick out.

Get that 1500 or 1400+, which is easier said than done, and you will have some T20 options. You should get into Howard and Morehouse even without. But score high on the SAT and you’ll have a shot at a full ride at Howard.
