3.4-3.5 UW GPA
4.1-4.2 W GPA
1900-2000 SAT</p>
<p>Joined a few clubs and in the National Honors Society.</p>
<p>Also, an Asian male from Maryland.</p>
<p>I was just wondering what my chances are for Northeastern and BU and also how I would go about paying for them since my dad only makes 30k for a family of 5… and he will not be able to pay much.</p>
<p>id say you would get anywhere from 13k to 17k merit and financial aid will help…</p>
<p>I think you’ve got great chances of getting into Northeastern. Regarding financial aid, I think you’ll do fine with need based aid. Make sure you and your parents file the CSS and the FAFSA by Feb. 15.</p>
<p>For Northeastern: GPA and SATs are great, but your ECs may harm you. NU really likes students who not only were in a few clubs, but committed to the same clubs for all four years, and held leadership positions. Being from Maryland might help you a little, too. Absolutely file the CSS and FAFSA on time, because you will get plenty of need-based aid.</p>
