Chances as a transfer applicant at UCLA junior standing?

Ever since I graduated from high school I’ve had the goal of transferring over to UCLA once I ended my sophomore year and I was wondering what anyone thought what my chances would be with the following stats. I was hoping to declare my major in neuroscience at UCLA. What do you guys think? I’m aware that community colleges in California have priority before anyone else.
