Am currently taking gov/eco AP, English IV AP, Calc BC AP, Physics C AP, Health/Speech, Swim, Off Period

Think my essays are pretty good, I'm a decent writer.

Final thing: For National Merit, is there any reason to select UT as my #1 choice, as they don't give out scholarship money? Will it aid in admissions at all?

Also, have I any chances at the Honors school? Would love a nicer dorm ;)

I'd say your scores are excellent. Your GPA seems a little low but you took AP classes and did well in them apparently. I would say you have a wonderful chance, including admission to the honors program.
