You have a great shot. However, if you are looking to apply to the honors college, you would probably need to raise the GPA and SAT score. Your SAT score is typically the minimum required to get into the honors college, but you also have to be ranked in the top ten percent in the class as well.

Your SAT is solid. GPA is really the only thing that needs improvement. If you can get it up to around 3.4ish, you should have a great shot at a scholarship and/or acceptance into the honors college. Good luck!

Im assuming you all are undergrads, but can any of you comment on grad school admissions? Will hopefully graduate with around a 3.4 GPA, very solid resume, havent taken the gmat yet tho.

My only regret: I couldn’t go here for undergrad.

you have a good chance, my friend got in with a lower gpa (more like 2.75 at most), but a higher sat (like 1900). his extracurriculars were not nearly as good, so i think you have a good chance.

@dsteve27, Im not really sure about grad, but you should check out www college chances dot net, they give you scatterplots and things to show you the stats of students accepted before.

JUB0B0, Im at UNCC for my undergrad in accounting. Its cheaper for me to commute and get the four years out the way here. When I was looking at schools my parents pretty much limited me to instate public schools. With the financial aid I got there would be no way I could go to depaul without a ton of debt anyway.
