Chances at duke, jhu and others?

What are my chances at JHU, Carnegie Mellon, Duke, UChicago, Berkeley? And do these schools look at freshman marks?

If by “freshman marks” you mean grades from your freshman year of high school, don’t all schools look at them?

CMU should be safe with a 2150 as long as you’re full pay, the others are reaches.

John Hopkins is probably the safest school for you, although it is a match, not a safety school. Duke is probably a reach

Thanks guys anyone else?

Yep I meant 1st year of high school. In Canada it’s only 11 and 12 marks :/

I am also a prefect (leads grade 9’s through orientation day, grade 9 camp and stuff like that) if it helps

Yeah, I figured it had something to do with a different system in Canada. I’d assume that yes, they’d look at the same years they look at for those applying from the US (grades 9-12).

Alright thanks :p
