I am a white male in Roanoke, Virginia, attending a small private school (38 kids in my class). We don’t have GPA’s, but I have maybe two B+'s and a few A-'s for Junior and Senior Year. Everything else is A or A+. I would like to know what my chances are for:

I honestly think you could be rejected by all of those schools, ecspecially without an ED. I really hope you have some safeties. If you could raise your sat to 2250 youd have a good chance some of those, but as is, i wouldnt be all that suprised if all them rejected you. :-(. oh woops i didnt notice you were instate for uva and william and mary. Well in that case id say you’ll prob get into those.
sryy but goodluck

You’ll probably get into UVA and William and Mary. Also, you have a good shot at WashU, Brown, Rice, etc., I’d say. The other ones are definetely reaches.

NICE extracurric’s. but bump up the SAT bc testing isn’t working in your favor. hopefully your SATs will rise, and then you will have an excellent chance. right now I’d say you’re IN at duke. trust me, one of my friends had nowhere NEAR that many ECs and she had a 1980 SAT and was deferred. whilst my 2400/4.0/super AP friend got deferred from harvard.

If I get say a 32 or above on my ACT’s, do you think that would help? (as in using ACT’s instead of SAT’s)

I also forgot latin awards: 9th Summa Cum Laude on National Latin Exam, 10th Maxima, 11th Maxima, and a Magna Cum Laude on Virginia State Latin Exam (it was a beast)
