Chances at Jacobs

Hey everyone! I’m currently studying at EMU but I plan on transferring to Jacobs. I completed my first year there and my CGPA was 3.79. I plan on transferring for next year, and was wondering if i maintain this GPA would it be sufficient for a successful transfer. Also, what can i do to improve to my chances to get a scholarship at Jacobs and how is there policy for financial aid. Please keep in mind my when you answer my high school reports are poor. The course i intend on transferring to is International politics and history.
