Chances at Northwestern?

<p>Northwestern’s always been one of my top choices, but the fact that the university received a record high of applications this year makes me especially nervous about my odds of admission. If you could weigh in, I’d really appreciate your input!</p>

Class Rank: 22/542 (top 5%)
ACT: 32
GPA: 5.5 on a 5 point scale; probably around 3.7 unweighted on a 4 point scale
Extracurriculars:
Peer Leadership Advisor, News Section Editor of school paper, Theater, Student Council, Chorale (audition choral group), National Honor Society
Volunteerism:
Chaired Operation Christmas Child at my church
Volunteered as a live in counselor at a camp for mentally challenged adults in Indianola, IA (1 week)
Helped build homes in Appalachia (1 week)
Work Experience:
File order forms at Style, Inc. (3 hrs/wk, year round)
Data Entry at non-profit association, 2 summers
AP Scholar, Illinois State Scholar
Not a legacy, but had an alumni family friend write a rec</p>
