4 Years of Varsity Badminton - 3 straight league team champions and 2 years as county team champions

I’ll probably be writing my essay on something about how I progressed through high school, as I started off really bad, being in all regular classes as a freshman. Do I have a chance of getting in? Thanks very much.

You have a good chance, Your GPA is good and you have had a rigorous curriculum. Penn State is pretty much a strictly by the numbers school so they will look at your GPA as 2/3 of the decision and ACT as 1/3. They really only look at the other stuff if you are borderline. To be safe, I’d add that you are willing to start in the summer as Eberly College of Science can be competitive to get into. They will only evaluate you for summer if you don’t get in for fall.
