chances at PLME or cornell?

i am an asian american living in northern virginia, attending a private catholic high school. it’s time to finalize my lists of colleges and i was wondering if i had a chance at my dream schools with my specs, as followed

sat i: 1800 for the first time, will study to get above 2100
sat ii’s: math 2c, chem, bio all above 700’s
ap’s i have taken or will take: ap french, ap lang, ap chem, ap gov, ap lit, ap bio, ap stats, ap calc bc (i will be taking pre-calc this summer to be able to take ap calc next year)
gpa: 3.68 unweighted
extracurriculars: volunteer work (service at a local daycare for a summer, taught english to 1st and 2nd graders in a church-sponsored daycare in korea for a summer, helped english camps for elementary kids in korea, TA in teaching art to kids for 6 months, student volunteer at a hospital for 3 years), art portfolio, and clubs such as haitian alliance club and national art honors society
I think I am pretty solid on my recs, and I plan to get some help from my brother on my college essays because he went through this process not long ago, and just graduated from uva

I am so passionate about becoming a doctor, and my ultimate goal after becoming one is taking time off to visit third world countries, and furnish them with medical aid that they normally would not be exposed to

i go to school near TJ, notably the best high school in the US; i understand this will affect my chances of acceptances greatly

also I am taking the most challenging classes my school offers (they don’t offer ap physics, ap economics, etc)

with these specs would i have a chance at the PLME at brown, george washington, or just cornell or uva undergrad? also, what would be considered a pretty good safety school?

please help! thanks!

Brown PLME: Reach
Cornell: Reach
GWU: Aim for 2100+
UVA: Aim for 2100+
