I’d really appreciate any sort of input on this, as I’m relatively ignorant of my acceptance/denial potential.

Statistics:
GPA: 2.9 trending upward from freshman year (2.6-3.4)
SAT: 2020 first time, taking it again so as to improve
SAT (components)
Critical Reading: 720
Writing: 640
Math: 660

The schools I have been recommended include Oregon State, Purdue, Boston College, Portland University, and Seattle University, to name a few.

I want to major in the sciences, though whether I go into engineering, biotech/chem, or physics I’m not sure.

I attend De la Salle (if that helps any), which doesn’t rank students. I’ve taken Latin for 3 years, as well as the 1 engineering course offered at our school. My ECs include presidency of Model United Nations, Co-founder and debate moderator of our Politics Club, and the Robotics Club, I’ve also been involved in charity work for 3 years, and am en route to my pilot’s license (don’t think I’ll get it before college). I’ve also played high school and club sports, not sure if that matters any though. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
