Here’s my info, including colleges I’ll be applying to: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/profiles/member_stat_view.html?user_id=117192

I’ve also taken the most challenging schedule possible in my school, including nine APs (seven 5’s and two 4’s).

I’m genuinely interested in all of my EC’s and I think I need to find a way to get this across in my app, because nothing bugs me more than people who do stuff just to get on on their resume. I appreciate your opinions!

I think you have just as good a chance as anybody for the Ivies. You should get into the non-ivies you listed (esp. Duke) but don’t consider any as safeties. Do you have any safeties/more likely matches in mind just in case?

Thanks poozislove. I’m counting on Emory and Vanderbilt as my backups but I think I should probably come up with one more as a solid safety.

you should get into duke, vanderbilt, and emory.
out of the other 5, i’d say you’ll get into 3 - which three though is anybody guess. i’ve seen people get into harvard that didn’t get into dartmouth and vice-versa ofcourse. you’ll get into a great school. maybe add one state school that will give you a free-ride on the backburners (mine is UT).
