3rd highest in chem
those are all subjects i am taking this sem
unfortunately no rank
bilingual (really, i am really)
chinese in Canada
average ec

coast to coast eh?

nowhere near enough stats to provide an evaluation

wat else do you need?? this is all i have

slim chance if that’s all you have.

Do you have any APs? Any state/national/international awards? Jobs? Good recs? 770+ SAT II average??? College classes? Leadership position? Significant disadvantage (like immigrant, disability, supporting family, etc.)

Any of those could significantly improve your chances

wow, i’m kinda in the same boat as you, Newby. applying to the same schools, similar SAT scores, multilingual, chinese in canada…etc.

haha, i REALLY hope you have a good chance…because that would mean i do too :)

but honestly, i think the chances for both of us are fairly slim.

no gpa? no awards?
if all your transcript has is sat 1 scores and “average” ecs you will be flat out rejected
and frankly your sat score is nothing impressive alone, gather some stats- are you a senior this year?

Your vital statistics seem to be somewhat meager and inconclusive; colleges favor a rich cornucopia of information over the dismal amount of data you have supplied. Best of luck.

first, olive_green, we should talk, my aim is sqingx.
second, i only have 7 awards (2 national math contest)
gpa is a 4
no ap, b/c school doesn’t offer, but i took the most rigorous though
1 class in college and got a B- (lab science)
founder, important executives of over 5 clubs in school.
worked at university lab during a break
no job, but volunteered for over 1500h at many places (universities, campaigning and tutoring etc.)
And no, i am not disabled! what kind of a question is that anyway
but i think i might be mentally challenged b/c i have been in Canada for over 5 years and only got 600v :(

“but i think i might be mentally challenged b/c i have been in Canada for over 5 years and only got 600v :(”
…playing the world’s smallest violin for you.

i’m going to go ahead and agree with redsox05baby

erm…Newby, this going to sound stupid, but… what’s “aim”?

AOL Instant Messenger, I presume…

bumpous bumpous bump, now plz rate my chances, b/c i am poor and i don’t want to waste app $. so far, i have used 1/2 of my application budget just on Stanford and UCLA. i have to pick my schools more carefully now…

bump bump bump bump bump
