HPS are high reaches, Georgetown is a low reach but I think you will get in there. Good luck!
Chance me back please! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/discussion/comment/18676261#Comment_18676261

Of course all of those schools are reach schools for anyone (specifically HSP), but I think you have a shot. Although your test scores are a bit on the lower side, your GPA, extracurriculars, and volunteer work are fantastic. You don’t have too many automatic hooks, so make sure your essay is stellar to set yourself apart from all the other applicants. But with what you have, it’s definitely worth applying! Would you mind chancing me back?

I agree - Harvard, Princeton, and Stanford are high reaches. Your SAT/ACT scores could be more competitive, especially because your ECs aren’t particularly outstanding (even though they are definitely solid). I don’t know too much about Georgetown, but I think you’d have a better chance there than at HPS. Since you’ve done a summer program at Georgetown, try to use that to your advantage on your application. Good luck!
