<p>GREAT recommendations. I work for a Congressman and a Senator who will write me recommendations. My teacher also promised me he would write me his most glowing recommendation ever. He personally volunteered to meet with the adcom or call him to persuade him. In addition, my economics teacher will write me an excellent recommendation. </p>

<p>yes, probably a stern scholar…i think congressional recommendations are a plus…but yes, i think you’re in…u should apply to Wharton’s, Sloan, and some Ivy’s in general</p>

<p>he just meant you get a lot more money than a non stern scholar would (hence the capitalization…). obviously you don’t have to be a “scholar” to get money from your school. I got 9000 plus loans w/o being a scholar…</p>

<p>I got $12,000…but i don’t need loans… and i received a $1500 outside scholarship</p>
