International Thespian Society (will be running for position, maybe–my school does not allow more than “two” leadership positions, although I might be able to stretch it)

Chamber choir (audition-based)
Liturgical choir (non audition-based)
Plays (one musical and one comedy/drama)

Math mentor (executive board member)–run kid’s summer math camp

<p>I really want to go to the University of Chicago…the only problem would be paying for it–I would need scholarships and/or financial aid.</p>

<p>What are my chances for both acceptance and scholarships/fin aid?
Also, I don’t think I would actually attend, but could you chance me for HYPS? What other schools, especially near Chicago, could fit me as well (except Northwestern, I don’t really like it that much)?</p>

<p>You might want to consider University of Illinois–Chicago, I bet you could get a good scholarship there esp. if you’re in-state.</p>

UChicago - Match if you write amazing essays, because admissions is based heavily on essays.</p>

<p>You should also apply to Northwestern, and WUSL, --and to schools like Univ of Illinois, NYU, and Univ of Rochester as safe matches</p>
