Hi I live in Pennsylvania but have lived in CA and really want to go to college there.

Freshman year GPA: 4.35 W
Sophomore year: 4.27 W
Junior Year: 4.6 W

SATs: 2210
ACT: 33

Have taken AP World History, Ap Environmental, AP Spanish (did a foreign exchange program too), APUSH, AP Comp and LIt, AP German, AP calc AB, AP Physics, AP Music theory, AP Econ

Varsity track and XC (3 years, JV 1 year) (captain) (have been to states)
Speech and debate captain (have been to nationals and placed at numerous major tournaments)
Academic team captain
Spanish and German honors societies (president)
Paying job on a CSA farm for three years
Have taken AP Spanish and German (languages passion) and help Mexican immigrants pass citizenship test (volunteer)
Student Council representative (not very involved)
I deal with anxiety and depression and i’m gay(?) idk if that matters at all
Piano as a hobby for many years (took AP music theory)

Problem is: ive been suspended for cheating (late freshman year). Of course I will write about it and everything on common app maybe even as an essay

Most important factor is since you are OOS for the UC’s, can you and your parents afford $55k/year to attend with little to no fianancial aid? Also your suspension may be an issue but if you do address it in your essay and explain what you have learned from the experience, you should be OK. Your Stats are competitive for all the UC’s, so if your family can afford the cost, go ahead and apply. Good Luck.
