Freshman-sophomore year i have an average of 3.4-3.8ish per semester and junior year was my 4.13 and 4.49
What is your UC GPA? UC GPA is simply the weighted GPA of your sophomore and junior years.
You should certainly apply but, with a 3.7, all the schools listed are a stretch.
I’d add UCSC and UCR to your list. Probably SDSU too as a safety.
