Is Statistics an impacted major at University of Chicago?

Question 1: DO YOU SLEEP?!

Question 2: What piqued your interest in Chicago besides the Statistics program?

PS I think you have a really good shot, assuming your essays are good.

<(o.O)>
<(O.o)>

“ok” chance. you do enough ec’s to look good. but i’m not sure how much you really stand out.

I guess that’s what the unique essays are for? xO

Shout out from another two year pit leader, heeey!
I don’t see any glaring problems with your stats, just make sure your passion for your major and for the University of Chicago stand out in your essays. I’d also recommend you take the SAT, because it looks like you could knock it out of the park. Why not give yourself another edge? You never really know chances for UChicago, even though people sound ever-so-confident when they deal them out on this message board; just concentrate on learning more about what the U of C is about, and chances are, you have a good shot.

I’d recommend not taking the SAT. Why throw money at CollegeBoard for nothing? The 34 on the ACT is good enough. The U of C certainly won’t care.
