ACT: 26</p>
<p>AP Courses: AP Physics B, AP Stats, AP Calc AB, AP Studio Art</p>
<p>My mom went to USC for undergrad, my dad had a residency at USC for a few years, and my brother is currently class of 2015.</p>
<p>I want to try to apply as a Visual Arts/Global Health major (not sure which one or both) (want to apply under the Iovine and Young Program)</p>
<p>EC’s:
-Wrote a children’s book: “Dancing between the Wind”
-Distributed over 700 copies & sold over 600 copies
-Intern at the LAB/CAMP summer 2013
-Swimming/Cross Country
-Founded CCC where we teach special needs children the universal language of art
-Artist for Publications (Newspaper/Yearbook) and Mock Trial
-Been oil painting for 11 years, took studio workshop/summer program for 9hr/wk for 10 wks
-BeeAnArtist.com is my website where I share my art and other children’s art (Redirecting...; twitter.com/dancingbtwind; dancingbetweenthewind.■■■■■■■■■■■■■)
-Went to Southeast Asia to promote my book as well as fundraise for female trafficking (raised $2,000)
-Held a fundraiser in the US (raised $10,000) for a children’s hospital that saved my life (I had ECMO, which made it harder for me to concentrate in school)
-Sold my book and artwork at farmer’s markets for the children’s hospital</p>
