Chances at Wake Forest and other school??

<p>Hi, I’m a junior girl this year living on the west coast and I was wondering what my chances are at some colleges. I have a 3.5 (at a prep school) around a 2100 on SATs (first try i’m going to take them again). I’m good at history and writing but math and science are weaknesses. I am looking at SMU, trinity, and elon as target schools. What are my chances at a wake forest or vanderbilt with my low gpa???</p>
