<p>DAndrew: Schools would prefer students for several years as well. Studies have shown the the longer a student is at the school, the more loyal they are and that translates into future giving. In the end, PGs can be used as a cash flow management tool. This is especially true at schools with higher attrition and/or larger student bodies.</p>
