I can give more information if you want it, I tried to narrow it down to the basics of my app. Thanks for your help! :)

you should get in

You’ll get in. You would get in without Affirmative Action, but it sure won’t hurt your chances.

Congrats on your accomplishments.

Thanks for your thoughts guys- I don’t want to get my hopes up as Gtown seems like it could be a reach based on my grades (that’s what the scattergram on naviance makes it seem like) but it’s nice to hear some positive feedback :)

Do you think Affirmative Action will have any effect? I’ve been a little confused over how it affects biracial students…

What did you put down for race on your app? I always thought that biracial people (like Barack Obama) were considered black (if they wanted to be considered that).

I put down both races, so they might consider me black based off that. I’m 3/4 white so when people see me they think I’m white (though I don’t think I look white…) but I identify as biracial. I’m curious about how colleges see it- if they group biracial people with the minority group or as their own group…
