Chances for a Hispanic applicant. I also have a question.

<p>Extracurricular Activities
-Tutored students at a summer program.
-Tutored impoverished students after school at a local elementary school.
-Graduated from the Academy of Business Leadership, which teaches students the many aspects of business.
-Will attend the BOLT program, which is an extended version of the Academy of Business Leadership. Only the top 25% of ABL were accepted.
-Will work as a tutor starting in September.
-I Have been helped by UCLA’s Early Academic Outreach Program, which teaches students about college admissions.</p>

<p>Awards:
Just some school wide awards for good grades, passing AP exams, etc.</p>

<p>Other Things
-I’m done with my main essay, so I’m just fine-tuning it now.
-My Recc. letters should be fine because they’re from teachers that really know me and want me to succeed : )</p>

<p>I believe based on your academic merits you have excellent chances. Superior scores to back up high grades and rank. DO not report your 2 on AP English. You can report what you want unless you already sent your official scores. Really, AP scores that are low won’t hurt that much…even if you leave them out. I did so and only reported 2 grades. Your other scores will easy any uneasiness they may have. Your involvements seem great but I don’t see breath but possibly depth? I cannot tell from your profile. Your chances from an academic standpoint are great however. What hispanic are you? AND YES IT DOES MATTER, TRUST ME!</p>
