Chances for a legacy at Tulane

Hi all.

SAT I: 1930 (M660/CR650/W630)
GPA: 3.49, with a 3.75 in junior year (with hardest course load)
Rank: School doesn’t rank, probably top 10%
AP’s: School doesn’t offer any :(

Legacy: My father (deceased) received a PhD from them

Volunteer work: Did about 200hrs of volunteer work in the Lower 9th Ward in NOLA over the summer of Sophomore and Junior years

Internships: New York Times (2009-2010), Van Wagner (a NYC ad agency) (2010-2011)
Dan Quart for NY Assembly (summer of 2011), National Center for Learning Disabilities (present)

Colleges courses: NYU Film class (A), English 101 at St. Johns (currently enrolled)

Please chance me for Tulane along with:

 • Bowdoin
 • Franklin & Marshall
 • The SUNY’s (probably Geneseo & Binghampton)
 • Tufts
 • BC & BU
 • GWU
 • Vassar
 • Bard

Totally forgot, but I have a EC that I totally forgot about…

I founded our schools student newspaper/magazine… we publish weekly and won a few citywide awards.
