Chances for Admission as an INTERNATIONAL?

<p>I would like to hear some feedback on my chances for admission coming in as an international applicant. For internationals there is an unofficial quota of about 10% of admitted students a large portion of which come from India and China leaving a small portion for Latin American and African students. I am hispanic, from Bolivia but have live in seven countries.</p>

Major Awards: Presidential Award for Academic Excellence, Roosevelt Merit Scholar x 3 (highest award given but at my school level, like high honor roll) National Honors Society</p>

Essays: I’d like to think they are excellent, i really worked on them and adult feedback says its great. wrote about my “addiction” to diversity and travelling, meeting new cultures and my life experience with it in living in 7 countries
Teacher Recommendation: History teacher: saw it, it was excellent really made me stand out
Economics teacher: saw it, again a great one complementing specific things aobut me, maturity, insight, experience
English teacher: not as good as the other two but still good
Counselor Rec: Reallly really really good, he knows me very well and tried to write what he though was the essence of my being and what drives me etc.</p>

<p>Interview: it went qutie horribly, met the interviewer in lobby of hotel and had a 15 minute interview with him, he barely got a glimpse of me and was not very good in asking questions so that he would know me. other peers who had their interview with him also said they did terribly with him.</p>
