I know my SATs are really low, but do you think my IB curriculum would make up for it?

You need to bring up your standardized test scores. Your GPA is considered in tandem with the SAT/ACT. If the two are in conflict with each other they look more at other factors which might explain the difference. The issue isn’t you as much as the amount of competition you face for a limited number of available freshman seats in the program. You are very much a reach as it stands now, I’m afraid.
