Chances for Canadian student to transfer to Penn?

Hi! I’m a female engineering student studying at one of the top engineering universities in Canada. I’m very interested in transferring to Penn SEAS bioengineering.

My stats are as follows:

College Cumulative GPA: 4.0/4.0

High school GPA: 94.8% (so 4.0/4.0?)
SAT I: Critical reading (770), Math (800), Writing (720)
SAT II:
Math 2 - 800
Physics - 780
Chemistry - 790
Spanish with Listening - 770
French with Listening - 800
APs: Calculus AB, Physics B, Chemistry, English language, Spanish language, French language (all 5’s)

College ECs: volunteering in a research lab, was a team member on the solar car design team.

What are my chances for transferring to Penn SEAS? I know my marks make me competitive, but I’m not too sure about my ECs, not to mention the fact that I’m not American. (And I’m female! If that helps lol.)

Thanks!

Female?

Everything looks good to me. Good shot, I’d say
