I would like to know more about the foreign language requirement. In middle school I took Spanish I, and the following year, 9th, I took Spanish II. At that time my school did not have a Spanish III course for non-native speakers, thus I was unable to take a foreign language course this year. However, next year there are rumors of a Spanish III course for non-natives, and unfortunately I have forgotten a lot of the previous material. I was curious to know if the Spanish I and Spanish II courses count as 2 years of a foreign language, and will it look bad if I don’t take Spanish III. If possible, could you also suggest some alternatives for the 2nd/3rd year. Thanks in advance
